Ensuring Effective and Safe Cleaning
When it’s time for your carpet cleaning service, we will send a fully equipped technician to your address. Please ensure that you meet them and provide access to the areas within your property where the carpets are located.
Your Carpets Will Be Examined and Pretreated By the Carpet Cleaner
Our expert carpet cleaner will begin by carefully examining your floor coverings to determine their fabrics. Any visible stains will be pH tested and pretreated with special eco-friendly targeting detergents.
It’s Time to Grab Some Sophisticated Gear
We take pride in using professional equipment to deliver exceptional results. Instead of traditional steam cleaning, we employ the highly effective Hot Water Extraction method, which utilizes an industry-grade deep-cleaning machine. This method is known to be more efficient than steam cleaning and is widely regarded as the most effective deep cleaning method for carpets. For delicate items made entirely of natural fibers, we offer dry cleaning as a suitable alternative.

After pretreatment, our technician will use the cleaning wand of the hot water extraction machine. With careful precision, they will slide it over the top pile of the carpet, where the nozzle of the wand will eject a powerful stream of hot water mixed with eco-friendly cleaning detergent.
The combination of high pressure and the cleaning mixture effectively dislodges trapped dust and solid particles from the fibers of your carpet. But what happens to all the moisture?
Our cleaning wand nozzle is equipped with a powerful suction attachment that constantly retrieves the cleaning solution, along with the dislodged filth, dust, and hair. This innovative machine is designed to remove 95% of the moisture, leaving your carpet almost dry.
Acceptable Carpet Materials for Steam Cleaning
We understand that different carpet fabrics require specific cleaning methods. Here are the carpet fabrics suitable for steam cleaning:
- 100% wool: This expensive and absorbent fabric can be easily damaged.
- Nylon: The most popular carpet fiber, known for its resistance to moisture and traffic.
- Polyester: A highly durable option, although greasy stains may pose a challenge.
- Acrylic: Stain- and sunlight-resistant, but not as durable as nylon and polyester.
- Polypropylene: A very popular choice that is easily cleaned and doesn’t shrink.
For these synthetic or mixed fiber carpets, steam cleaning is highly effective, with an approximate drying time of 2 to 8 hours.

- Low-Moisture Solvent Cleaning : This method is suitable for carpets made of viscose, cotton, velvet, or silk. A special low-moisture detergent is applied to the top pile of the delicate item, left to settle for a few minutes, and then wiped away with terry cloths. The drying time for this method is within a few minutes.
- Drying time: within a few minutes.
- Dry Powder Cleaning: This method involves applying a special sticky cleaning powder over the carpet’s pile. The technician uses a machine with rotating brushes to work the powder into the fibers, allowing it to capture unsanitary particles and hairs. Finally, the carpet is vacuumed, and the powder, along with the dust and dirt, is removed.
Please Note: Please note that while our dry cleaning methods are excellent for refreshing delicate carpets, they may not be as effective at removing stains.
